Most of us have a memory of a toy from our childhood. Even today, toys take children to stretch their imagination and to dream of a new world. One of the places that stimulated human imagination most strongly throughout history is the ocean. Humankind has continually carried on adventures and expeditions towards the unknown worlds, and it is through such efforts that human civilization has achieved its historical development. The sea is a breathing place, where troubles of human life get embraced and the sun is snugly enfolded in. It is a resting place that forward to a brighter world. It is indeed a spur behind human creation of abundant works of literature and of art as well as of entertainment and toys. The exhibition The Sea and Toys joyfully presents the toys related to the sea, from an ancient object made of natural materials to a nostalgic toy with hand-stains, along with some the most recently made ones. It is without doubt that this exhibition will be a place where people could enjoy their enriched souls and build a stronger bond between adults and children.
